What, how and now?
Now it's time to take those photos... but with the story in your mind.
You read almost everything available about that place, about that story you want to tell, so now it's up to you.... and it can take days or weeks, sometimes months to complete your work.
The harder part for me was to shoot keeping the story in my mind. Every picture I ask myself "Is this telling something?", "Is this photo helping me to tell the story?"
You will see that it's very easy to take pictures for the sake of the light, of the composition, for the beauty of the photo, but many times you will have beautiful photos that are not telling a thing.
Each picture should tell a part of the story, a point of view within the story: that moment, that place, the details, the high view, the context,...
Each picture should be like a piece of a puzzle that is your story and when you have hundreds of pictures then you can select the first 50/60 and work on them to reach the final 20/30.
A lot of work I know... but you are eager to tell the story, aren't you? If not, then don't worry, you don't need to work on it.
